What we use
Sign-in supplies a site-specific account identifier and verified email, and may supply a name. We use the identifier to save predictions, a public player alias, and membership status. Your alias and aggregate weekly score can appear to other members on the leaderboard. Individual predictions are shown to you; your email is not published on the leaderboard.
Payments
Stripe processes subscriptions. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and are not stored by FutureTally. We retain payment-provider customer and subscription identifiers, status, and access dates to manage membership. Stripe receives the email and account reference needed to associate checkout with your account.
Storage and service providers
Sites/OpenAI provides website hosting and sign-in. Cloudflare provides runtime and database storage. Stripe provides checkout and billing management when enabled. Requests may appear in operational logs used to diagnose failures. We do not add advertising trackers. The free historical practice round uses this browser’s local storage and can be cleared with Reset practice progress.
Retention and your choices
Saved predictions and account records remain while the service operates unless you request deletion. Some payment records may need to remain with the payment provider. You can cancel membership through Manage subscription and ask support to delete your game records. Do not use your real name as your public alias if you prefer a pseudonym.
